This exercise is mandatory for all states and 63 cities that have received the EPA's Climate Pollution Reduction Grant funding for climate action planning. Businesses can also use the LIDAC analysis to understand how a community project may impact a specific area.

The talk guides you through the process of identifying LIDAC communities, establishing indicators, engaging with LIDAC communities, and identifying, describing, and quantifying the benefits. The talk concludes by bringing the pieces of the project together to understand what the final product should look like.
