In 2020, KERAMIDA advised CenterPoint Energy’s team on their Carbon policy, which included goals of a 70% reduction in carbon emissions from CenterPoint’s operations by 2035 and a 20-30% reduction in emissions from customer usage by 2040.
In 2021, our professionals provided CenterPoint Energy advisory services on ESG strategy, target setting, and reporting, including TCFD. KERAMIDA also drafted website content to announce CenterPoint Energy’s Net Zero Goals. CenterPoint’s more ambitious Scope 1, 2, and 3 targets include Net Zero Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 2035 and a 20-30% reduction in emissions from customer usage by 2035.
